Breaths
This exercise can revolutionize your
life as you open to the
possibilities of growing into the
woman you want to be and manifesting
what you desire.
Without slow and steady breathing
our emotional body can tend to get
caught up in the stress of daily
living. The Seven Breaths were
taught to me by my teacher, Joseph
Lukach, years ago and they have
served me well. The number seven in
numerology represents the spiritual
side of our nature. It represents
going within, to delve into our
basic being and search for answers
and connections to the Universe and
the Creator. Correct breathing will
relax the body allowing the
immune system to work more
efficiently. Imagine each breath
sending healing light into your body
as you practice this exercise and
feel the effect it will have on you,
immediately.
When you have a few minutes of time,
find a comfortable space where you
can be quiet and alone. Close your
eyes and take several slow deep
breaths, letting all of the tension
flow out of your body. You may
prefer to lie down as you do this
exercise or sit in a comfortable
chair. Whatever works for you is
perfect.
Slowly breath into the count of
seven. Hold the breath for seven
counts. Slowly exhale to the count
of seven. Let your body sit without
breathing for another seven counts.
Repeat this exercise seven times.
Repeat this exercise any time you
are seeking deep relaxation or when
you might be feeling stressed or
anxious. You will be amazed at the
immediate relaxation you will
