Visualization and Meditation

loads) Our world is a
complicated place made even more so by mass
communication. We are constantly bombarded
by information running through air waves
whether we are listening to the radio,
television or simply walking down the
street. Most people live in such a state of
stress that they are totally unaware of the
constant “mind chatter” that goes on,
involuntarily, in their heads throughout the
day. In fact, the only time this chatter is
not filling their minds is when they are
asleep.
This guided meditation was sent to me to
share with you so that you can reach a deep
state of relaxation at any time of the day
or night when you can be quiet and alone for
thirty minutes. It will lead you into a
wonderful exercise of visualization that
will serve to activate the creative center
in your brain, thus connecting effectively
with The Laws of Attraction. It also
includes a period of silent meditation with
deep breathing that will renew and refresh
your spirit.
You may sit or lie down. Whatever is most
comfortable for you. This is your time, away
from the stress and worry of the world,
apart from your friends and family. This
time is only about you and what you desire
to attract into your life.
