ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a coaching role for our flagship program, Awaken with a structured path for advancement:

  • First 90 Days → Independent Contractor (20 hours/week; $3000/month)
    First 30 Days: Intensive training only (no clients)
    Next 60 Days: Begin taking client calls and delivering supervised coaching
  • Post-Training → Part-Time W2 Employee ($37,500/year; no benefits + bonuses)
  • Growth Path → Full-Time W2 Employee ($75,000/year; full benefits + bonuses)


High-performing coaches may be invited to move from part-time to full-time as their caseload and mastery grow. On-track earnings can well exceed 6 figures.

KEY RESULT

Provide world class coaching in accordance with the We Are The Women methodology to achieve high client satisfaction, success and retention along the client journey.

KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Support our clients through our program methodology to successful completion via coaching, tracking and high-level, results-based coaching for assigned clients.
  • Adhere to the We Are The Women Methodology, teachings and tools.
  • Oversee and take full ownership of outcomes for assigned clients’ experience.
  • Ensure that each client feels fully supported and successful in their journey with us so that they continue working with us in Rise.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Complete assigned client welcome process within 2 business hours of enrollment.
  • Respond to and track all homework submissions and posts within 24 business hours.
  • Begin all sessions on time and end on time.
  • Ensure all client progress and session notes are updated by EOD.
  • Achieve client satisfaction rating of 8 or higher.
  • Achieve 20-25% conversion rate of assigned Awaken clients into Rise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

First 90 Days - Training Period:

  • Month 1: Intensive training in our coaching methodology (20 hours/week) - studying curriculum, reviewing calls, attending company and team meetings, and 1:1s with our Coach Trainer.
  • Months 2-3: Begin coaching assigned 1:1 clients while continuing training (20 hours/week).
  • Upon successful completion, you may be invited to join as a Part-Time or Full-Time Coach based on company needs.

Ongoing Responsibilities:

  • Coach assigned 1:1 clients through the WATW methodology and program curriculum.
  • Help clients heal from burnout using our proven coaching tools and methodologies.
  • Deliver daily 1:1 coaching sessions with availability for coaching-related work as required.
  • Provide exceptional service that inspires clients to continue their growth journey with us.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years of active, consistent coaching experience required.
  • 10 years of top level coaching experience is preferred.
  • Coaching certification program required.
  • Trauma-aware or trauma informed required.
  • Advanced ability to get past the surface and go to the deeper root of any issue.
  • Actively engaged with your own healing - either in therapy, coaching or another modality - and regularly self-reflect and “own” your triggers.
  • Ability to hold clients accountable to their commitments and goals.
  • Ability to track many clients at one time without overwhelm. 
  • Ability to lead with an open heart, create a safe space for your clients, while also calling them to be greater and challenging when needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • You will join WATW as a fully remote, part-time W2 employee (20 hours/week).
  • High-performing coaches may be invited to move to full-time as their caseload and mastery grow.
  • On-track earnings can well exceed 6 figures with a robust bonus and benefits package.
