KEY RESULT

As a Breakthrough Coach, your primary responsibility is to have powerful, meaningful conversations that lead women into transformation. Your success will be measured by your ability to enroll women into our foundational program, Awaken, at a minimum monthly close ratio.

KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Engage in 15-25 deep, supportive, high-impact conversations per week with women who are ready for change. 
  • Use our sales frameworks to help women clarify their challenges and see the possibility for transformation. 
  • Guide prospective clients toward enrollment when our programs are truly aligned with their needs and readiness. 
  • Represent We Are The Women with emotional integrity, presence, and care in every interaction.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Maintain a minimum closing ratio of 25% of live calls, meaning at least 25% of women you speak with enroll.
  • Maintain a minimum of 58%+ show-up rate by sending strategic confirmation SMS messages.
  • Daily, active participation in team meetings, slack, CRM updates, reporting, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Begin all Breakthrough calls on time, in a professional setting, and end on time.

WHO YOU ARE

As a Breakthrough Coach, you are a trusted guide at a pivotal moment in a woman’s life. Your role is not transactional, it is transformational.


During your onboarding and ramp period, your primary focus will be on learning, integration, and skill calibration within the We Are The Women sales ecosystem.


During the First 90 Days (Independent Contractor), responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Studying the We Are The Women mission, programs, and core sales frameworks.
  • Reviewing recorded sales calls to understand our standards for integrity, emotional intelligence, and enrollment.
  • Attending Sales Team meetings and company meetings to fully integrate into our culture.
  • Performing mock calls with your Sales Director to hone your skillset.
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with the Sales Director focused on skill refinement, confidence, projections, and pipeline management.


You will begin taking calls during this ramp period, with close support and feedback, and will be expected to steadily move toward full KPI expectations as soon as possible within your first 90 days.


By the end of your onboarding period, you should feel confident in:

  • Holding 15-25 high-quality, emotionally attuned sales conversations per week.
  • Managing your pipeline independently and proactively.
  • Enrolling women into Awaken with repeatability, integrity, clarity, and confidence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous demonstrated sales experience selling high-ticket items $8K+ with a 25% or higher closing ratio.
  • Influence and persuasion skills in a caring, compassionate, and fierce way—we aren’t selling widgets; we are selling a transformational experience.
  • Work experience in a sales/customer success role for a similar emotionally intelligent service-based business.
  • Ability to have intense conversations on a daily basis and be calm under pressure, holding firm to help potential clients make the best decision for them.

  • Ability to be proactive regarding your projections and goals. You need to know why you are ahead or behind so you can adjust actions accordingly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to stay on top of your administrative tasks.
  • Commitment to growing with a team and not having your own side hustle that you secretly want to be doing while not on sales calls.
  • You should not be in active burnout or in recent recovery from burnout. We need you well-resourced and on the other side of where our potential clients find themselves. You have to be a representative for what’s possible.
  • The most important of them all: You must have done self-awareness work on yourself. We are a personal development company, which means we require every person on our team to be doing ongoing self-reflection, therapy, coaching, or other modalities that will help you be the best version of yourself so you can share that with the women you talk to!

COMPENSATION

  • This position is a fully remote, independent contractor, 100% commission position and is not benefits eligible.
    OTE Potential: $10-20k+/month.
  • Every sale is paid out at 10% commission.
  • Bonuses: 
    For every 5 enrollments in one week, you will receive a $500 bonus.
    For every 10 enrollments in one month, you will receive a $1,000 bonus.
    For every 20 enrollments in one month, you will receive a $2,000 bonus (total, not in addition to other monthly bonuses)
