What We Are The Women Is

What Is We Are The Women?

We Are The Women is an executive life and leadership coaching company for women who are successful on paper but questioning who they are becoming inside their work and lives.

It exists for women who are in extreme burnout, who feel disconnected from their job and family, who are experiencing the physical symptoms of burnout, who feel emotionally flat, or are quietly dissatisfied with their work-life balance despite outward success.

We Are The Women is both a self-paced and 1:1 coaching container to help executive-level, corporate, and high-achieving women finally get the tools they need to get to the root of their burnout, build wildly successful careers, and build deeply fulfilling personal lives, without sacrificing one for the other.

We Are The Women is a mutli-level container for female CEO’s, C-Suite, Directors, and Entrepreneurs, providing a path of transformation through physical, emotional, mental, familial, societal, and spiritual pathways.

What We Do

We provide on-demand and structured, 1:1 coaching programs where women can:

  • Talk honestly about what isn’t working anymore
  • Name internal shifts without needing a diagnosis or goal
  • Explore identity beyond performance and achievement
  • Implement time-tested burnout strategies to unlock balanced leadership
  • Be witnessed by other women without advice, fixing, or comparison

The work is slow, community-driven, and grounded in frameworks used by over 15,000 women to banish burnout for good.

What We Are Not

We Are The Women is not:

  • Mental health treatment
  • Job skills training
  • A crisis intervention program
  • A place for women who aren’t ready for change
  • A short-term program designed for quick fixes

When Women Typically Find Us

Women rarely come to us at the beginning of a struggle. They come at the moment the strategies that used to work… stop working.

They often arrive when:

  • Their career looks successful on paper, but quietly feels unsustainable to live
  • They fantasize about quitting their job, then immediately panic because they don’t actually want to lose what they built
  • Rest, vacations, and time off no longer restore them
  • The advice around them (“slow down,” “do less,” “be grateful”) feels strangely infuriating instead of comforting
  • They feel responsible for everything — work, family, relationships, emotional labor — and cannot figure out what to remove without consequences
  • They notice they’ve become more reactive, numb, or detached and don’t recognize themselves anymore
  • They are high functioning externally while internally exhausted
  • They have achieved the goals they once wanted… but the relief never came
  • Therapy, productivity systems, and self-care have helped, but haven’t solved the deeper problem
  • They sense they’re approaching a breaking point and want a solution that doesn’t require abandoning their ambition, identity, or impact

Most women don’t come to us because life collapsed. They come because it hasn’t and they cannot keep living it this way.
